Ralphie, Our Mini Goldendoodle Pup

Hello, Loves! I hope you’re having a lovely weekend! After having a bajillion side conversations about one of my most asked questions, I figured it was time to do a post! So here it goes! “What type of dog is Ralph?”  Ralph is a mini goldendoodle, and since there are a couple different cross breeds he is exactly 50% toy poodle, 50% golden retriever. I’ve been obsessed with the Mini Goldendoodle breed for as long as I can remember, and after having Ralph for almost 3 years I feel safe to say that the breed is even better than I could ever imagine. WAY BETTER! Besides the fact that they’re real life teddy bears and they don’t shed! Ralph really is also just as sweet as he looks. He’s smart, was the easiest train and is so loyal! I swear he’s human sometimes, haha. He really is my best friend and is the sweetest dog. He’s also the ultimate family dog and is great around all our family and their young children. I really can’t say enough good things about mini goldendoodles.

So now onto my NEXT most asked question about Ralph, “Where did you get him?” We found Ralph through Greenfield Puppies, it’s a company that helps manage farmers and families all over the country and makes sure proper steps are taken for raising healthy puppies. They have every single puppy you could ever imagine too, including a ton of mini goldendoodle pups! What I love about this site is that you can filter by puppy breed, location, price range, etc. It’s so easy to use! Marc and I had such a good experience, I would recommend it to everyone! As far as the exact breeder we got Ralphie from, I’m sure his puppy folder is somewhere! But all I can remember off the top of my head is that we got him from a farmer, named Levi, in Lancaster, PA. Getting Ralph on a spontaneous cold winter day in January was hands down the best decision we’ve ever made. Ralph has changed our lives for the better and he has added more love, laughter, and happiness than words can say. I’m going to share more – like what it’s ACTUALLY like to raise a puppy in the city!
